I had an enlightening conversation today with Mark Charter and we were talking about how building wealth was really a team sport. It got me thinking about the people I've surrounded myself with over the past few years. Fewer and fewer of them are working in traditional 8 to 5 jobs and instead are spending their time creating ways of generating passive income. I like to think of them as my PIP -- my Passive Income Posse. It's been said that your income will be the average of the 7 people you most associate with, and I would add to that, the way you make money will be most like the 7 people you associate with. My PIP forces me to think differently about wealth creation, passive income generation, and ultimately lifestyle design. After all, I'm not real geared up to work 50-60 hours a week for the rest of my life. It actually sounds painful. Instead, we're on a mission. To create Massive Passive Permanent Streams of Income that last forever. If you don't have a posse like this one... find one. Or make one. Either way, have one. It's a game changer for sure.
